A new `OAuthAuthorizationCode.claimByCode` method now\nperforms an atomic compare-and-swap (`WHERE code = ? AND is_used = false`) and is\ncalled immediately before `OAuthToken.insert`, after redirect-URI, PKCE, and client\nauthentication have all succeeded. Only the first concurrent caller's `UPDATE` wins;\nthe rest see `invalid_grant: Authorization code has already been used`.\n\n### Impact\nAn attacker who has observed an authorization code and the corresponding PKCE\nverifier (for example through a malicious OAuth-aware client or by racing a real\nexchange) could obtain a long-lived refresh token in addition to the legitimate one.\n\n### Credit\nThis issue was reported by @eddieran.","public_affected_ranges":["<= 2026.05.0"]}],"null_published_at":"2026-11-04T10:04:27.900Z","source_updated_at":"2026-07-20T21:18:56.000Z","source_disclosed_at":"2026-06-05T16:20:32.000Z","is_synthetic_fixture":false,"null_last_reviewed_at":null,"public_change_summary":"First indexed by Null; source disclosure date is shown separately.","null_first_observed_at":"2026-11-04T02:47:44.783Z"}],"next_cursor":null,"snapshot_revision":"42594"}
