source listedECOSYSTEM: introduced 7.0.0; fixed 7.70
Drupal 7 has an Open Redirect vulnerability. For example, a user could be tricked into visiting a specially crafted link which would redirect them to an arbitrary external URL. The vulnerability is caused by insufficient validation of the destination query parameter in the drupal_goto() function. Other versions of Drupal core are not vulnerable.

Confirm current vendor support, compatibility and deployment evidence. This report has not tested a fix in your system. GitHub Advisory Database via OSV
A fixed release is not deployment evidence.
Check current vendor support and compatibility. After making a change, verify the deployed build and relevant runtime conditions. Keep the evidence, owner and time. An updated lockfile alone does not prove what is running.
